Who I am Greetings, I am a full time student at and currently excelling in my studies to get a degree in Political Science and have a Spanish minor. Over the past year I have raised my GPA from about 1.5 to 3.4 now. I am currently employed at Target in which I work full time during school breaks. I have been employed with Target for almost two years now. Purpose of the loan The purpose is to help pay for this semester?s tuition and to aid in building up a better credit history through timely monthly payments. Although I did receive financial aid this year it was not enough to cover all my costs for this semester. Delinquencies I have consolidated all my Student loans and working to clear off my other delinquencies. Income/Budget With the loan, I will have only two monthly bills. The first one for Target and it is currently at $10 a month. I have set this up to be taken from my bank account. This loan will have a monthly payment of $50.29. But I have budgeted a little higher for $60.00 monthly. Other expenses Meals are covered. Instead of purchasing my text book, I pay a textbook rental fee through the school. During vacations I work full time for Target and make about $500 biweekly. This amount can vary somewhat depending if I work overnight or not. $500 is a low estimate. I also live at home with my mother during breaks. I am not required to help out with bills but I do help out when I can and when it is needed. Entertainment is covered by going to a lot of the activities going on here on campus and around the city. School supplies are just paper and pens. I am a member of the school?s TRIO program which is geared towards first generation college students that provides free printing, supplies, fax services and copying. Repayment There would be no problem for me to repay this loan. This will be my second loan through Prosper. I have made all my payments on time. I easily make enough to pay for this loan. It is to my advantage to pay off this loan. Vetting and recommendations I have two recommendations. |
