Purpose of loan:(explain what you will be using this loan for)I would like to go to school for real estate investing, I met a friend who can make my deams and goals come true. I have always wanted to own my own multi family residence. My friend showed me a university I could go to, and I would really love to have this opportunity. My financial situation: (explain why you are a good candidate for paying back this loan) I have worked for this company for 3 years. I was working on getting my credit cleaned up in the past 3 years, and an unfortunate, situation came up last year. I left an ex husband in 1989. I left everything. The new truck got repoed and 20 years later, they wanted me to pay 18,000.00. I called an Attorney to help me and the final last thing to do was file BK.. Not because I wanted to, but because they forced it, by not negotiating.
