Purpose of loan: I would like to repay my $11,000 credit card debt (7.99% interest) and pay off my $7,000 car loan (8.99% interest) so that I can raise my credit score back up to a AA rating, where it was just 3 months ago. It lowered because I transferred $11,000 onto the credit card for the lower interest rate. My financial situation: I have never missed a payment and have strict budgeting practices. The only other debt that I will have are $7,000 in student loans (6.62%), a $35,000 8.90% mortgage, and a $140,000 6.75% mortgage. Our income is derived from a base salary for each of us of $29,000/year plus my wife coaches cheerleading and leads the National Honor Society. I also tutor after school, have residual income from AFLAC, and have a small home-based business. Since we started teaching 2 months ago, we cannot provide proof of income with last year's W-2's.
