Thank's to all who bid on previous listing.  I have revised and added information.

Purpose of loan:
To finish/complete remodel projects (too much late night HGTV) and within the next 3-4 months put condo on market.

My financial situation:
I purchased condo in downtown Seattle/Belltown 13 years ago for $125K current market value $435K.  Should net after paying off ALL debt approx. $175K.  Would reinvest in a property in Nashville in support of my niece following her dream of becoming a country/rock performer.  More information and link to sample her music in member profile.

You may be curious regarding high revolving debt.  I work for an airline, one of the outstanding benefits beside the obvious of travel is flexibility.  I have held my real estate license for the last 8 years.  Most of the revolving credit debt was to pay for realtor business expense at $25K-$30K annually.  Early on in career eager to be a success I signed up for a $20K marketing program, the company went bankrupt and I am still liable to pay back the $20K investment OUCH!!! I have $3,000 remaining of that painful lesson/obligation.

For the last 2 years I have placed my license with another office reducing expenses considerably and work only with past clients or referrals as the opportunity/need arises.  I am working a full schedule with bonus hours @ time and half and double time and also have a couple of real estate transactions in process.

Monthly net income: $ 5,500

Monthly expenses: $ 4,100

I feel I am a good candidate for this loan due to my 29 year employment history, my strong work ethic and commitment to my obligations.  I have been investing in a retirement and 401K plan with company match since day one and have a substantial sum available.

Thank you for consideration.
