This loan is being relisted because the previous listing did not get funded in time - I believe this was because of delays in the verification process due to starting the listing on a weekend.  This belief is based on how many bids, and how rapidly they accumulated after my account was verified.

Purpose of loan:

I will be using this loan to consolidate all of our insecure debt and wedding-related financial stress into one lower monthly payment.

My financial situation:
I did it, and recently (July) got married.  Unfortunately, regardless of cutting cost as much as possible, it cost us a good deal to do so (about $5k including ring costs, and flights etc - we got married in Alaska where my wife is from, at her parent's house.)  Unfortunately, that combined with the lost time from her job, and recently purchasing a home we are quite stressed over finances.  She was out of work for 2 weeks for the wedding; then the company she was working for decided to hire on family members and fired non-family when budget cuts forced that department to scale back; causing her to lose another 2 weeks of income.  She has a new job at a bank, and it is more stable; but we are still trying to recover from losing all of our 'disposable' income and some of our bill money.

I would like to get this loan, because after figuring out the costs we pay monthly to cover what we borrowed towards the wedding, and miscellaneous debt including her student loans, we could pay those off and save some monthly cost while also catching up from work loss.

We would repay:
Loan taken against my 'fun' car to pay for wedding expenses we couldn't after paying down on house
Both gas cards
Her student loan
Small credit card
Home Depot card
Furniture card
Miscellaneous bill catch-up

Why I / we are a good candidate for this loan:
My wife and I - especially my wife - are very prudent about paying our bills.  Unfortunately between the wedding expense and her losing so much income, that became difficult to say the least.  We thought we would be okay at first, but it is taking us longer than we would like to catch up.  This is really stressing my wife out which makes me unhappy since it is my duty to make her life as good as possible.

Getting rid of those cards with this loan will save us ~$200 a month at the highest interest rate.

Monthly net income: $ 5,500 (combined)(after taxes and all pre-tax deductions such as 401k)

Monthly expenses: $ $4,980 before the prosper loan, $4,780 approx after.
  Housing: $ 2,900
Insurance: $ 170 (Car and life - calculated to monthly intervals)
Car expenses: $ 400 (The car we wouldn't pay off with this loan)
  Utilities: $ 150
Phone, cable, internet: $ 110 (incl cell)
Food, entertainment: $ 300 (total food budget - rarely go over)
  Clothing, household expenses $ 100
Credit cards and other loans: $~800 (This will be reduced to about $200 with this loan)
  Other expenses: $ 50 (Auto-deposits into a CD account)
