Purpose of loan: I will be using this loan .. ideally to pay off the very last bit of Credit Card debt that I have and purchase more stock for my Ebay Business. I am a graduating senior at a Miami based University and would really like the opportunity to leave school absolutely DEBT FREE ! <except for my student loans - repayment starts July 2008> I graduate this December 2007, but would like to have my two credit cards paid off by November 15th 2007. I have intentions of purchasing property in February 2008 and would need my interest rate to be much lower than what it is right now. My financial situation: I consider myself to be a good candidate for this loan because I have had no credit delinquencies in the past nor do I have currently. I am very capable of repaying my debts on time. In addition the amount I am asking for is well within my budget. I am a Residential Assistant (RA) at my University. As a result, I have free Room and Bored with little or no expenses as all living expenses are paid for by my school scholarships and Florida Grants Monthly net income: $ I am fully employed at the University's Division of Information Technology with a monthly salary of $1950.(after tax) I also have an Ebay store with an average Income of $330 per month which I use to subsidize Entertainment, Clothing Gas and Car Insurance Expenses. Monthly expenses: Housing: $ 0 (Provided for by the University - Free room and Bored) Insurance: $110 (Car Insurance) Utilities: $ 0 (Provided for by the University) Phone, $55 Food, entertainment: $ 200 Clothing, household expenses $ 300 Credit cards and other loans: $ 960 ( 2 Credit cards @ $480 each. 1 Citicard. 1 Washington Mutual) Other expenses: $ 100 |
