Ambitious entrepreneur seeks funding for nursing home condo conversion project in MN.

I am a management consultant working in finance and banking at a major investment bank on Wall Street in New York. I am an active investor in both the TN real estate http://tinyurl.com/fhquw and global equity markets. I also ran M. I admire investors such as Buffett, Graham and Munger, share many of their investment principles, and am very financially responsible.

My next project involves converting a 26,000 square foot nursing home built in the early 1900s into 21 Victorian style condominiums http://tinyurl.com/zbr3t. I have 7 partners in this deal and we are all contributing $50k to secure our bank loan of $3 Million. I need to raise an additional $15k for my contribution and am willing to use prosper for that loan. My salary and benefits easily cover the loan payments although we anticipate substantial profit from this opportunity. I am a very financial responsible individual paying an unusually high interest rate for a great investment opportunity.

There are a number of reasons why you do not have to worry about default:

· I have a BS in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Puget Sound, a passion for finance and would never default on a loan or jeopardize my AA credit rating

· I have $55,000 invested long term in 401(k) and IRA accounts that can be accessed for a fee if necessary

· I have equity in two homes and an LLC in Tennessee that can be accessed if necessary

· My yearly income and bonuses are greater than this loan and the monthly payments will be made easily
