I am a commercial insurance broker.  I am also a lender on Prosper.

I originally took out a loan in January of 2007 and paid it off over a 9 month period just as I stated I would in the description for that loan.  I am now seeking to consolidate two car loans I have into one payment and give the interest to private enterprise (you) rather than the greedy financial institutions they are with now.  This will also help solidify my credit rating.

As I stated in my first loan description, the derogatory items in my credit history resulted from me purchasing a business that included the former owner. This gentleman was older and should have retired, but he elected to stay on board because of the amount of money he was making.  Under the contract I had made, I ended up having to fund the debt on the business and his salary.  This caused me to damage my credit by running up my credit cards and borrow against my home to keep the business afloat.  I have since sold the business and taken the tax hit.  To pay the taxes, I refinanced my home and it is now all behind me.  In addition, I have now paid off all of my credit cards with the exception of one that has a $500 credit limit.  I use this for hotels etc.  Everything else I purchase....I use my ATM card.

As my group leader has verified, my annual salary is at $175,000 + and increasing.  My mortgage payment is small in comparison and this leaves my debt to income ratio at an excellent ratio.

Prosper is an extremely cool system and I will continue to pump money into the lending side as I can.  I would appreciate your bid.

Please email any questions you may have.

Thank you for your time!
