Purpose of loan: Would like to put a new roof on our home and reinvest back in Prosper too. My financial situation: I gross $2500 per month and spouse $3000 per month ( we combine monies even though this is based on my $$$ I do understand ). We have emergency savings and investments that I could dip into but not interested in doing so and we also have a great deal of equity in our home just for the record. Our credit is very important to us and we will do anything to keep it clean....which means absolutely no late payments!! I recently withdrew a loan request because I did it at work and kinda shot from the hip with the interest rate,income and expenses. I have now taken the time to make the request with an appopriate interest rate and correct income and expenses. We live a comfortable life and will be able to easily pay back this loan and continue to save for retirement! One more thing... wish i knew how to download a picture to attract interest but no such luck! I looked back at my last credit card payment which was on 9/18 for $1776.20 ( pd off vacation balance) and I assume experion maybe hasn't updated this amount yet???? Other expenses: $ |
