Purpose of loan:
I'm new to Prosper, but I hope you can help. I'm a single mother with decent credit, but I need some help. I have 3 wonderful children. One has a Master's Degree, another has a Bachelor's, and my youngest is in school working on his Bachelor's. I'm wanting to get this loan to pay off higher interest credit cards. I've helped my kids like any good parent would but I've gotten in debt doing so. My financial situation: Please understand that my credit means a lot to me. I will be paying this loan back in full. As you can see from my information, I have not missed any payments or even been late on them. I would not take on any loan I could not actually afford. My income is not high, but my expenses are very low. With this loan, I can continue to make payments like I've gotten used to, but with lower interest rates. That way I can actually make some progress, and get out of debt. And when my son gets out of school, maybe I will be able to come back as a lender. I would love to be able to help others, because I know that good people can end up in tough situations.
