This is a second listing. We had a glitch because Prosper was unable to verify my stated income. I am self employed and that means reading our tax returns from that perspective. We live and learn; this time I state one dollar of income for verification reasons. My DTI is anywhere close to 1000%, it is more on the order of 10%. It shows this outrageous percentage of debt because this time because I have declared my net income as one dollar. If only Uncle Sam saw it that way? We live cheaply, but not that cheaply. We live a ?geek work immersion? lifestyle. My wife is also a broadcast engineer and product designer. Our car is properly 80% expensed as it sits in our driveway with tools waiting at the ready for on call work, while we use our 80 MPG motor scooters as are actual primary mode of personal transportation. We love to scooter for shopping and personal trips. An interesting synergy is using the scooters keeps us from buying too many groceries at one time as well. So, we have zero car payments, but actual repairs and gas expense translated into over $8k of income reduction for our schedule C return last year alone..  We own our motor scooters outright. As you see don?t use much bank card credit. We keep our expenses cash flow based whenever we can. Other than our mortgage payment [which also includes the business space] and this term loan to buy inventory and upgrade our CAD/CAM we try to be cash based. We sometimes use bank cards to buy parts needed instantly or buying over the web for a project at are direct reimbursements from clients and we pay it off the next month.  We even one keep a credit card open for our cat?s ?health insurance?. I have listed a very high interest rate for my credit grade based on  good advice from my group leader and vetting person Naval Slush Fund. Since prosper was unable to verify my numbers, I have asked Navy to vet me. He has my business numbers, FCC license and SBE certification as a Professional Broadcast Engineer, my address, and identity.  Please see our thread in RML forums for more info.
Thanks to all who tied up hard earned money on my first [unguided] listing. And thanks to all the lovely board people for helping to put in plain words the pitfalls and perils of prosper. I am putting in a short listing which will favor bidders with a better rate as a tanks to all who bid one our initial listing.

We moved to this rural isolated area 60 miles south of Washington DC last year. We bought a home with plenty of room for our business. One of the first things I noticed as soon as we moved here was atrociously poor cell phone service. At my house I can barely make or receive a call; even outside in the front yard, and if I walk back inside with the phone, once inside- the call will drop. The phone rings inside, but when one tries to answer the call; the call never connects, frustrating you and the caller. There are huge gaps in usable signal coverage area locally, because the towers are extraordinarily widely spaced. This means that large areas here have sub-marginal service, even when standing on the OUTSIDE of a structure ? even inside a vehicle. There is virtually no inside building penetration in these areas. The population density here does not justify the required capitol expense for cell carriers to build much more closely spaced overlapping cell sites as they build systems in urban areas.
