Purpose of loan: explain what you will be using this loan for) Thank you in advance for looking at my loan request. The purpose of this loan is to do some home repairs, so we can put ourselves in a position to refinance our home, and get a fixed rated on our mortgage. Right now our mortgage is arming every 6 months. We have applied to refinance at a few companies and had an appraisal done in April. It came in very close to what we needed it to appraise for. The appraiser asked us if we had done anything to the house to improve it and we really hadn?t. The amount I am asking for won't be enough to do everything we need to do, but its a start, and with this loan it will also help improve my credit score with the on time payments, which will help when we go to refinance. My credit score has already raised to put me in a C grade from the last time I listed for a Prosper loan. My financial situation: (explain why you are a good candidate for paying back this loan) About 3 years ago, my wife and I got into some financial difficulty, I lost me job, and had a hard time finding a different one. We fell behind on everything including our mortgage. Our home went into foreclosure. We also declared Bankruptcy, which has been discharged for just over 2 years, After a few months I became employed where I am currently employed now. My wife has worked at her job for over 4 years. When our home went into foreclosure, we both went out and got 2nd jobs, so we could work things out with the mortgage company Through alot of hard work, we were able to work things out, and the judgment against us was dismissed. But, all of the past payments, interest and attorney fees were put at the end of the mortgage, so we have been working to get that balance paid down, so we can have the house appraise and then we can refinance. The amount of the Prosper loan would be something we can handle. We have been working hard with the credit bureau to correct things on our credit report and try and raise our score. Everything was put into the bankruptcy and we don?t have any judgments, We just need an extra boost of help to get us to the point where we can have a stable and lower house payment, where we don't have to worry about it going up every 6 months. Unfortunately we aren?t able to go with a higher interest rate on the Prosper loan because of our state laws, which makes us a higher risk. We ask that you please still consider us; we are hard working people that got into a situation and have been working so hard to get back out. Our current monthly net income is $5,700.00 I just received a raise that is why its higher than in my previous listing This is with my wifes income and our 2 jobs income. We also have the opportunity to work extra shifts for extra money if needed. Monthly expenses: $ 4,571.00 Housing: $ 1,685.00 Insurance: $ 350.00 (car and house) Car expenses: $ 796.00 Utilities: $ 185.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 165.00 Food, entertainment: $ 500.00 Gas: $175.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 125.00 Prosper Loan: $127.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 128.00 (2nd mortgage payment, this one would be in the refinance) and $210.00 3rd mortgage payment) $25.00, First Premier Other expenses: $100.00 orthodonic We would still have money left over, even with the Prosper loan.
