Hello, I really appreciate your taking time to consider my loan request. I have worked as a Program Specialist for Educator Preparation Services at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas for the past 6 years. I specialize in admitting students into the Teacher Education Program and monitoring their progress, ensuring they continue to meet all criteria. Once they complete our program, I verify that they meet all of the state requirements to become a certified teacher. I myself am a graduate of Tarleton State University where in 2001 I received my Bachelor?s degree in General Biology. My wonderful husband of over 6 years works in pecan orchard management for my father?s company. My husband and I both received raises last month and have all of our vehicles paid off. We have been actively rescuing animals for the past 8 years and currently have 6 cats and 3 dogs. Although we would love to have more, we wouldn't at this time because although there is no limit on how big your heart is, in reality, there is a limit on the size of your property and disposable income. Purpose of Loan: If fortunate to be funded through Prosper, I plan to completely pay off our only credit card which is at a high rate of interest on which I charged my Dell computer, HP photo printer, Photoshop, and misc. books & tutorials when I started my home based photo restoration business. My business is part-time in addition to my full-time position with the college. We are not charging very much to the credit card each month and are paying double the minimal required payment, but the balance just doesn't seem to be shrinking. The interest rate we are paying is around 22% and I have a FICO score of 756 as of September 27, 2007. It would mean so much to me and truly lift a huge burden off my shoulders if I did not have to look at this never moving balance each month. Monthly Net Income: I currently receive $1,600/mo. net income 12 times a year. My check will increase by $20 in January due to a longevity pay increase I will receive for being employed by the college for 6 years. My husband receives a check for $963.96 net every two weeks. That leaves us with a combined total of $3,500/mo. net. Total Monthly Expenses BEFORE Prosper Loan: $3,000.00 Housing: $ 500 Insurance: $ 150 Car expenses: $ 200 Utilities: $ 400 Phone, cable, internet: $ 150 Food, entertainment: $ 400 Clothing, household expenses $ 200 Credit cards and other loans: $ 500 (eliminated with Prosper loan) Other expenses: $ 500 Total Monthly Expenses AFTER Prosper Loan: $2,500.00 As you can see, we will have over $1,000 left over with which to pay our Prosper loan. My finances are very good and I have an excellent ?A? credit score!! Lenders can rest assured their investment in me is extremely safe as I have always paid ALL my obligations on time and will continue to do so with this Prosper loan. Repayment will be a top priority with payments automatically withdrawn from my bank account. I promise to make all my payments on time & not default on the loan. Again, thank you for considering my listing. I greatly appreciate your bid! |
