I?m 53 years old, married, and have two sons who also operate tower cranes in the San Francisco Bay Area. SKYHOOKS, L.L.C. was organized as a Nevada Corporation on May 9th, 2006 and licensed as a California ?Foreign Entity? spring of 2007. My construction experience enables me to optimize the use of crane rental equipment like our ?SKYHOOK? for use at a construction project. Recently obtainable equipment, the ?SKYHOOK? is utilized with cranes and can provide a safer and more secure material handling environment that is more efficient than the current methods used at jobsites. The ?SKYHOOK? has been rented to Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Co. for 5 months, for use on campus at U.C. Berkeley. (Details of the lease are available for serious lenders.) My current requirement of funding is $24,000. And it will be used to purchase a package of equipment that is contained in the attachments for lease on use at construction sites.
