Loan $ 500 Filing fees to Incorporate $ 9700 $ 760 Totals About us: I was born in the Philippines and have been here almost 8 years. In 11/07 my husband and I will celebrate 3 years of marriage. My husband is my soulmate and best friend. I married him because of his integrity and faith in God. We have a blessed life full of God, family, friends, and service. I am active in my church. We are honest and responsible people. We are trying to have a child! After my husband got laid off almost 2 yrs. ago he started his own company distributing chocolate to stores. He is very successful at it. About my credit score: Since my last listing, I have pulled my Experian plus score and it is now 685. This is due to my DQ being removed ( see photo #3 for proof.) and lowering balances. Prosper only pulls new scores every 30 days, so I had my information vetted. I have 18+ accounts in good standing! We had been using our American Express to manage bus.exp.($7-8000 per mo.) It has greatly affected my credit score since it shows our bal. so high. As was suggested in the forums, we have quit using it that way, and will be incorporating our business with this loan to separate personal/business expenses. Monthly net income: $7000 total. $3000 from my job as a Project Asst. at a Land Dev. Co. $4000 from my Husband in our chocolate business. Monthly exp. before loan: $ 6581 Housing: $ 1350 Insurance: $ 570 Vehicle expenses including fuel for truck: $ 800 Utilities: $ 60 Phone, cable, internet: $ 70 Food: $ 500 Additional household groceries & personals: $100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 860 Truck Payment: $700 (Paid off next month!) Support my family back home: $500 Child Support: $ 311 Items paid off with Prosper Loan: $760 Expenses after loan: $6581 - $760 + $409.50 (Prosper pmt.) = $ 6230.50. This will lower our current mo. pmts. $350.50 which I will continue to put toward reducing my "balance/available credit" ratio which will help improve my credit score even more.
