Purpose of loan: I have been in construction for over 30 years. I have owned my own general contracting company for 12 of those years. I have studied real estate investment for the last 5 years. I recently found the perfect vehicle to take my current knowledge and expand it which combined with my past experience will catapult me into a fantastic position to actively begin real estate investing making it no longer just a dream but a cash flow reality. The money I am seeking would be to pay for tuition at a Real Estate Investment College.
