Purpose of loan: 1.$1,750.00 = Pays all 4 CCs. Close CC#1=$1,000.00 after Prosper loan. 2. $1,500.00 = possible settlement costs outside VA loan. If any/all portion returned at close-I'll unhesitatingly return it at once to Prosper. 3. $ 248.60 = savings acct. to use back into Prosper. 4. $ 71.40 = coverage for deduction for Prosper loan fee upon approval. $3,570.00 My financial situation: Steady/stable income sources - direct deposit = money's ready to pay back Prosper. Credit on positive slow return, at E level, last month HR level. On score watch/alert with credit bureaus - disputing inaccurate items. All deliquencies from previous marriage. Got more behind when wife had to quit working to help mother. Monthly net income: 1. Job = $3,140.00 (Both incomes rise annually) 2. Vet = $ 420.00 $3,560.00 Monthly expenses: Housing: $950.00-changes to $1400.00 beg. 12/1/07 with new home. Auto Insurance: $100 Car expenses: $427.00 (balance= $5,700 paid off Oct./2008) Gas & Electric Utilities: $150.00 Phones, internet, -no cable/no sat tv: $175.00 Food, entertainment: $ 365.00 Clothing: $ 50.00 Credit cards: $ 1,750 total (if loan approved - the c. card payments total of $85.00 will be eliminated) Fuel gas: $100.00 Other expenses: $218.00 2nd mortgage. $575.00 is clear to repay Prosper loan.
