Purpose of loan: To consolidate my credit cards into 1 monthly payment and lower the interest charge so I can pay them off faster. I would like to have this paid off by next spring so I can buy a house. Why I am capable of paying off this loan: I have a stable job receiving Salary + Commission (an extra $2-300 a month). And a second job that brings in and extra aprox $3000.00 a year. My dream and goal is to buy a house for my daughter and I before she graduates (she is now in 9th grade). Credit Cards to be consoldated: Credit One Bank- $660.68 Capitol One V- $948.22 Capitol One V- $949.93 Capitol One MC- $517.49 Household Bank- $946.96 Household Bank- $895.09 = $4918.37 These are what I am planning on paying off. I am only going to have 1 card that I use the rest I will not use (I have cut them up) I will be closing 2 accounts as the fees are too high. ( I don?t want to many closed accounts at one time, I am hoping if they are at a 0 balance that will help my credit to buy a house)?. Monthly net income: $ 2600.00 + 150-300 in commission + part time job100-400 a month.
