The purpose of the loan is basically to pay off the existing balances on my creditcard. So, that I can get increase my credit score for a better home loan. I'm getting married and we want to start our lives with a clean slate. The reason that I am a good candidate is that I'm not doing this on my own. I have the support of friends and family.
