Thank you for taking the time to read my loan request. As a single mother, I was able to recover from divorce, raise my daughter and purchase a home in Southern California (which isn't easy for anyone, let alone a single mom). But, I did it!!! After that I remarried, had 2 more children and decided to sell my house in California and move to Central Oregon to raise my children in a more wholesome environment. I made an astounding $165,000.00 on the sale of my house, enabling me to pay off all of my credit card accounts as well as pay cash for a new truck for my husband. Not long after we relocated, my husband blew through over $60,000.00 in video poker machines and left me to raise my 3 children on my own. I refuse to give up!!! Currently, he is $15,392.61 in child support arrears, but the state has finally caught up with him, and an order to withhold has been issued. This money will come in, but until then I need a boost! I have always had an angel on my shoulder, making sure I'm alright. I'm hoping you can be my angel, and help me to keep providing a safe and happy home for my children. They deserve it!!! My financial situation: I have worked in the Accounting field for over 15 years. I have always been a loyal, long term employee holding a position with the same company for never less than 7 years. I have been at Sunriver Resort for a little over 2 years, and in that time I received 2 promotions, the 2nd moved me up 4 levels, the fastest upward movement, I'm told, in over 10 years within the Resort. With this loan, I will not only be able to make my mortgage current, but be able to keep it current as well as have a little cushion for any of life's emergencies that may come my way. I am in the process of a loan modification with my mortgage company which will lower my interest rate and monthly payments. Currently I have approx. $60,000 in equity in my home which I will be able to access as soon as I have my ex-husband removed from the loan through this modification. I will have my payments automatically deducted from my checking account every month to ensure they are never late, or missed!
