Hello Prosper Members and thank you for taking the time to look over my loan request! I am the Fire Chief of the Sprague River Volunteer Fire Department here in rural Sprague River, Oregon, serving a 430 square mile area for both fire & EMS services. Sprague River is a wonderful community in the beautiful southwestern region of Klamath County, Oregon. In addition, I own the town?s Blacksmith shop where we do iron work projects both large and small, everything from full gates & rails to smaller items all made the old fashion way, with fire, anvil & hammer! Business is great, and I?ve had this shop for over 4 years, while working as a Blacksmith & fabricator for more then 20 years. I have a solid customer base with lots of repeat business, building custom ironworks for the new luxury homes being built up and down the Sprague River Valley. We are also the only full service welding fabrication business for 50 miles in any direction. This fall I will be adding a foundry to be able to cast items in both iron and steel for the various projects which come into my shop. I have done projects for the richest men in the world and the poorest families in the valley. If they can pay, I charge everybody the same rate. If folks can't pay and are deserving, I don't charge at all. I repair and build a lot of farm equipment, wagons, horse carts and the like. My wife and I have been happily married for 11 years and we are privileged to have two terrific children, ages 9 and 8, who are the blessings of my life! We are just hard working people. Not much time to play, though we live near some of the best fly fishing rivers remaining in the West. What we do, we do as a family. We wouldn't have it any other way. If I am fortunate to be funded through Prosper, the fund will be used to finish the remodeling of our home. The remodeling will include new cabinets & tile floors for the kitchen, tile floors and drywall for the dinning room, and another full bath plus an extension to the master bedroom as well as a new Class A composition shingle roof. Our plan is to finish the remodel within the next few months, then refinance our home in order to pay off all of our outstanding accounts. Monthly Income: $7,200 Monthly Expenses BEFORE PROSPER LOAN: $3,425.64 Housing: $912.68 Insurance: $1,75.53 Car expenses: $200 Utilities: $155 Phone, cable, internet: $85 Food, entertainment: $550 Clothing, household expenses $300 Credit cards and other loans: $647.43 Other expenses: $400 Monthly Expenses AFTER PROSPER LOAN: $4,367.52 which includes the Prosper loan payment of $941.88/mo. As you can see, we will have over $2,832.48 left over each month after payment of our Prosper loan! My finances are very good and improving my ?C? credit score is extremely important to me. I have always paid my obligations and will continue to do so with this Prosper loan. Lenders will have no cause to worry as their investment in me is extremely safe. The repayment of this Prosper loan will be my first priority and the payments will be automatically withdrawn each month. I promise to repay this loan on time and never default. Thank you for your continued faith and support in me! |
