Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to consolidate my bills and my wife's bills. We would like to have all of our bills rolled into one monthly payment. Some of the money will also be used to assist my recently widowed father. His income was reduced drastically after my mother's death and medical bills were paid. My financial situation: I have been on the same job for 11 years and my wife has been on her job for 10. She earns $62k plus a large bonus in May. We own our home and have been there for 7 years. We have about 80K in equity but due to the recent downturn in the mortgage industry do not wish to take a 2nd mortgage or refinance. We are living the american dream...2 kids and a dog in the suburbs. We consider ourselves very stable people. The prosper report shows 1 delinquency, but we are current on all our bills at this time. Monthly net income: $ 6500 (including wife's) Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 1800 Insurance: $ 105 Car expenses: $ 0-both cars are paid iin full) Utilities: $ 400 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100 Food, entertainment: $ 400-600 Credit cards and other loans: $ these will be paid off with the prosper loan Other expenses: $ 280 daycare |
