Hello & thank you for reviewing my loan request. Both I & my husband work at AAA Insurance here in California. I have been a Product Analyst for 19 yrs & he has worked as a Business Analyst for 10 yrs. We have 3 wonderful children ages 10, 7 & 1. I was recently out on a medical disability due to complications following the birth of my son but I have returned to work full time. If I am fortunate enough be funded thru Prosper, we will use the funds to consolidate all our high interest credit card debt & lines of credit. Credit Cards to Consolidate/Pay Off: Capital One: $2,650.52 @ 28.15% Orchard Bank: $172 @ 30.49% Applied Card Bank: $350 @ 23.99% Target: $175 @ 24.24% Beneficial: $6,453 @ 22.98% Citifiancial $10,200 @ 22.99% Explanation of Past Delinquences: The nine delinquencies in the last seven years was due to my husband going through a divorce (in 2003) which in the ended up costing us $20,000. My husband & I earn very good money & get annual bonuses/raises. I was on medical disability after the birth of my 2nd son but have returned to work F/T. Monthly Net Income: My income is $3,091/mo. net thru 12/14/07 & $3,144 after 12/14/07; my husband?s income is $3,598 for a combined total of $6,689, plus we receive $900/mo. rent from our in-laws for a monthly total of $7,589. Monthly Expenses BEFORE PROSPER LOAN: $6,581 Mortgage $2,778 Car Insurance: $186 Car Loans: $650 Utilities (+ phone, cable & internet): $600 Food, Entertainment: $300 Clothing, etc: $1,260 ($960 daycare/$300 other) Credit Cards & Loans: $807 Monthly Expenses AFTER PROSPER LOAN: $5,774 As you can see, we will have over $1,815 left over with which to pay our Prosper loan! Our family finances are good and getting better since I returned to work fulltime! Improving my ?C? credit score since my maternity leave is extremely important to me. My repayment of this loan will be a top priority and the payments automatically withdrawn each month. I promise to make all my payments on time and never default on this loan. Thank you once again for your faith and support in me! |
