Hello! Let me first thank you for taking the time to view my listing. About me: I am a newly wed, married my beautiful wife on 07-07-07 and looking to start a family soon, and secure our future. This loan will help with eliminating high interest rate credit cards to improve my credit score. I have never had any late payments, and NO DQ's. Purpose of loan: The reason for the loan is to consolidate my debt into one payment and to improve my credit score. I used my credit cards for our wedding, which explains why, I?m in need of this loan. My financial situation: My wife and I, both are work-a-holics. ;) . I'm currently a supervisor (over 3 years) for an office furniture company, and for extra income, I started my own Graphic Designs/Web Development company which makes an additional $500+ month. (depending on workflow) My wife works for Wells Fargo Bank, and been there almost three years. Within the last two years, she has been promoted twice. Our bills are always paid on time. Never late on any payments. (wife's income: $2200/month) Monthly net income: $ 2410 Monthly expenses: $1460 Housing: $ 450 ? All utilities included Insurance: $ 60 Car expenses: $100 (gas) (own my car) Utilities: $0 ? Included in Rent Phone, cable, internet: $100 Food, entertainment: $100 Clothing, household expenses $100 Credit cards and other loans: $550 (will be paid off with this loan) Other expenses: $0 Which leaves $950.00 extra to pay off prosper loan. (Payments will be Automatically Deducted from my Bank Account) I feel that I would be a good candidate for this loan, and as you can see, easily pay this loan back.
