Purpose of loan:
I have recently moved to St. Louis for a new job. However, I have not been able to sell my house. I am able to pay both rent here in St. Louis and my house payment. However, I do not enjoy paying both. I would like this loan so that I may fix the driveway and the two garage doors. The remainder of the loan will be place into a bank account. I plan to rent this house out. I will place this money into a bank account. The sole purpose of this account will be for the house. When I collect rent it will go into this account. When I fix something on the house it will come from this account. When I pay loans the house payment and the Prosper loan it will come from this account.

My financial situation:
Like I said above I am able to pay rent and the house payment. When I rent the house that will free up even more of my cash. I have a good job, make decent money and live within my means. I have not been late on any payments of any kind since college. And those non-payments were on purpose, the evil cable company charged me too much and would not admit it. I fought it for awhile but they finally put it on my credit report and I had to take care of it to buy my house.
