Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. First I want to thank those that have bid on my previous listing. I have made payments on my Payday Loans and have lowered my requested amount, hoping that there are more of you willing to take the risk as the reward (interest rate) is good. I am a married father of four and grandfather of two and I am looking for a fresh start to rebuild my financial situation As you can see I have made some financial mistakes in the past. I am now focused on fixing these mistakes and rebuilding my credit with the help of a Prosper loan. Last year my wife was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and unfortunatelyI got caught up in the vicious cycle of Pay Day loans to help pay some of the medical bills. This was the biggest mistake of my life. I understand that many of you feel that it is risky funding an HR credit but if I can answer any questions to reduce those fears please let me know as I will be totally dedicated to paying this loan on time. Unfortunately since I got into Payday Loans I now need help to get out of them. I would use the Prosper Loan to pay off the following: King of Kash $600.00 Advance America $590.00 Easy Advance $565.00 Planet Cash $472.00 Sunshine Loan $526.00 Total Amount of debt paid by Proper Loan $1,728.00 I have a good job and have worked at the same company for almost seven years. I believe this Prosper Loan will be a win-win situation- I win as I am paying off and getting out from under vicious high interest cycle and rebuilding credit. You win as you will get a good return on you risk. I am doing automatic withdrawal from a checking account I have had for over twenty years. One of the high interst loans I am paying off is a $180.00 per month auto withdrawal so it will be easily replaced by this . Monthly net income: $ 2,600.00 Monthly income from rental house $480.00 Here is my monthly budget with the Prosper Loan in place: Housing: $ 683.00 Insurance: $ 60.00 Car expenses: $ 160.0 Utilities: $ 230.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 100.00 Food, entertainment: $ 150.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 30.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 70.00 Student Loan: 251.00 Total monthly expenditures:$1,734.00 As you can see I have $1,346.00 left over to be used not only for my Prosper loan but for savings and emergencies so that I never have to get into this situation again. I can begin a life free from stress caused by Pay Day Loans. I have learned a painful lesson. I promise that my payments to Prosper will be my top priority each month. In fact I will have Prosper automatically withdraw payments each month so that everyone including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time, every time. I will use this opportunity to start to rebuild my credit and maybe someday soon be on the other side of a Prosper Loan. Thank you again for viewing my listing, and God bless. |
