Hello & thank you for taking the time to review my loan request.I am employed at the USDA Forest Service as a GS1084-09 Visual Information Specialist for the past 5 years here in Tucson, Arizona. I hold a Bachelor?s Degree in Commercial Art from the Academy of Art in San Francisco. My lovely wife of 20 years has worked in the Finance Department at United Way as an Administrative Assistant for the past 9 months. Both of our positions are extremely stable with upcoming raises in the near future. We have a 6% fixed mortgage on our home with no 2nd mortgage. If I am fortunate to be funded through Prosper, $8000 will eliminate our credit card debt and $5000 will be invested in home upgrades including plumbing, exterior paint and remodeling our kitchen. I am an excellent candidate for this loan as I am an extremely responsible, reliable and health conscious individual who pays his bills on time. My net monthly income is $2210 and my wife?s $1638 for a combined total monthly net income of $3848. We have no children or child support obligations. No student loans to repay. MONTHLY EXPENSES: Housing: $1335 (mortgage), Auto loan: $228, Auto/gas expenses: $225, Auto Insurance: $67, Utilities (+ phone, cable & internet): $305, Food, entertainment, household, etc.: $500, Clothing, Household Expenses: $60, Credit Cards: $425 (this will be replaced with the Prosper loan), Misc. Expenses: $250. My finances are very good & I have no problem meeting all my obligations. This loan would eliminate credit card balances and the monthly payment would be about the same as our present combined total payments. Improving my credit score is extremely important to me. We've had past problems with unstable employers, but now feel we have made good decisions to achieve our goal of FREEDOM from excessive financial burdens! Repayment of my Prosper loan will be my 1st priority, so payments will be automatically withdrawn. I promise to make all my payments on time & not default on the loan.
