Purpose of loan: To consolidate 4 small credit cards, pay off a payroll cash advance, pay a medical bill left from my husband's surgery in February, and rebuild our emergency fund. Item to be paid: 4 credit cards - $3000.00 1 medical bill - $1000.00 1 cash advance - $575.00 My financial situation: My husband was laid off approximately 1 year ago, and I am the sole income. I had surgery in June, and was off work for 2 weeks. We had to dip into our emergency fund to help pay bills. Then, in August, my son was married. Due to poor planning on the part of my son, his bride and her family, we had to help pay for the wedding. Even though the wedding was not extravagant, we used the rest of our emergency fund, some credit cards, and a personal loan to help them out of a bind. The money was supposed to be a loan, but we are not sure when they will be able to pay us back. I have a very strong work history, and, being a registered nurse with 30 years of experience, will not have any problem keeping my current position. I also have a good track record of paying my debts. We have cut back expenses, and do not have extravagant tastes. My husband has done a great deal of home renovation and redecorating in the year he has been laid off. We try to fix anything we can before replacing. The loan will help reduce our expenses and help us rebuild. Thank you for considering our application. Monthly net income: $ 4100.00 Monthly expenses: $ 3900.00 Housing: $ 1085.00 Insurance: $ 200.00 Car expenses: $ 200.00 Utilities: $ 370.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 160.00 Food, entertainment: $ 600.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 200.00 Credit cards and other loans: $ 1100.00 |
