Hello, I sincerely want to thank you for looking over my loan request. I have been a Kindergarten teacher here in Alabama for the past six years and really love working with the children! My husband works as an engineering technician for a local engineering company. We?ve been happily married for six years and have two darling boys. Maintaining my good credit is extremely important to me, and I have never been late with a payment in my life. I have always used my credit cards sparingly and stayed within my budget. However, both my husband as well as my son has been hospitalized in the past four years, which led to our relying on credit cards to pay medical bills until my husband could return to work. If we are fortune to be funded, we would like to consolidate our high interest credit cards so that it will be easier to pay off the balances. I will not be applying for any more credit cards and have cut up all of my current cards. We both work fulltime and just would like to get a smaller interest rate so we are able to get financially back on track. Credit Cards to Payoff: Chase: $4654 @ 21% Lowes: $989 @ 19% Chevron: $680 @ 22% HFC: $5515 @ 20% Chase: $4600@ 21% Peoples: $3800@ 19% Bank of America: $4446 @20% Total Prosper Loan Requested: $ 25000 Monthly Net Income: I receive $2300 mo. net from my teaching position and my husband is paid $2300 mo. net, for a combined total of $4600. Monthly Expenses BEFORE PROSPER LOAN: $ 3506 Housing: $ 881 Insurance: $ 135 Car expenses: $ 750 Utilities: $ 240 Phone, cable, internet: $ 300 Food, entertainment: $ 400 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: $1043 Monthly Expenses AFTER PROSPER LOAN: $3306 As you can see, we will have over $1100 left over with which to pay our Prosper loan. I have always paid all my obligations on time and will continue to do so with this Prosper loan. Through the hard work of my husband and I our financial situation is improving & I plan to improve my good ?B? credit. Lenders will have no cause to worry as their investment in me is extremely safe. The repayment of this Prosper loan will be my 1st priority & payments automatically withdrawn each month. I promise to make all my payments on time and never default on this loan. Thank you again for considering my request; I truly appreciate your support. |
