Hi and thank you for taking a look at my loan request! I'm currently a Software QA Manager for the North America operations at a high-tech company in the Seattle/Bellevue area of Washington state and have been steadily employed there for the past three and a half years. My wife is a stay-at-home mom. We?ve been happily married for three years. We have a two year old son, Phoenix, and a daughter Scarlett (my wife is eight months pregnant). Purpose of Loan: If funded through Prosper I will use the money to continue building our home-based web business. The funds will be utilized for the purchase of websites that generate revenue via Google Adsense and other online advertising programs. I started the Washington based company, E.A. Web Holdings, Inc., a few months ago to earn extra income for my family. The money from this loan would significantly jumpstart the business and greatly expand the number of websites within our portfolio. If the projected growth and revenue of the web sites performs as expected, I will be able to pay off this loan in two years. Monthly Net Income: My net monthly income is $9,166 and this income is based solely from my current job. Total Monthly Expenses BEFORE PROSPER LOAN: $5,500 Housing: $ 3,000 Insurance: $ 250 Car expenses: $ 650 Utilities: $ 150 Phone, cable, internet: $250 Food, entertainment: $500 Clothing, household expenses $200 Credit cards and other loans: $500 Monthly Expenses AFTER PROSPER LOAN: $6,465 As you can see, we will have over $2,700 left over per month with which to pay our Prosper loan. My finances are in very good shape, I have zero late payments, I don't overextend myself, and I know the value of a dollar. I am extremely confident with our business plan. I would never put my family in major financial risk. I have always paid all my obligations on time and will continue to do so with this Prosper loan. Lenders will have no cause to worry as their investment in me is extremely safe. The repayment of this Prosper loan will be my first priority and the payments will be automatically withdrawn each month.
