Hi, I have borrowed and repaid two loans so far on prosper, on time (early) and in full. The first loan was for $5,000 and the second one was for $25,000. The purpose of this loan of $25,000 is for a bridge I would like until February - I will receive a guaranteed bonus in February from my job, and I plan to repay this loan at that time. I reserve the right to continue to hold the loan for the 3 years, but I will never be late and I will always repay. I will use this loan towards a property purchase overseas. I am putting 65% down on the property and getting only 35% from a bank. The loan will be fully covered by the rental on the property and there is room for more loan on the property. I would like to have the option of having some more cash free until I receive my guaranteed bonus in February. I am a lender on prosper with $100,000 in loan value. I earn 6 figures and sometimes 7 figures I own my own home in and have a rental property as well. I net more than $20,000 per month not including bonsues and use less than half of that for living expenses. Thus, more than $10,000 available each month to pay back my loan. In addition, I have more than $1 million in liquid investments. I have never been late and I will never be late in making payments. I am in stellar financial condition and I will keep it that way. I will pay you back on time or earlier. My first loan was for $5,000 and funded at 8.05%; second one was $25,000 at 10%. I paid back both of those.
