Purpose of loan: Due to rising gas costs, I am looking to buy a motorcycle as a form of inexpensive transportation around town and to re-establish credit. I live in Arizona, so it is something that can be used year round. My financial situation: We are trying to get our credit score re-established due to a contractor not paying in a timely manner last year, forcing a bankruptcy that was dicharged Jan 07 . Dispite all this we still kept up with our payments ( other than the ones our attorney advised us not to pay on ). We are currently making payments on a new vehicle purchased in March, which my wife uses as transportation. I drive a company truck, which I can not use for private use. We are current with all our payments due monthly. Although the credit report does not look the best, we are not deadbeats. Both my wife and I are employed full time with a stable work history. She has been an escrow officer for private investors for 20 years and I have been a commercial electrician for the last 15 years. We both share the monthly expenses. My portion is listed below. Monthly net income: $ 2460.00 + year end bonus coming soon Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 750.00 Insurance: $ included in mortgage Car expenses: $ 205.00 +37.50 insurance Utilities: $ 202.00 Phone, cable, internet: $ 80.00 Food, entertainment: $ 150.00 Clothing, household expenses $ 50.00 Credit cards and other loans: $30.00 Other expenses: $ 100.00 This leaves about $ 800.00 from my half to pay off loan well before the three year term. |
