My financial situation:
My husband has a good, secure job as a commercial construction manager. His paycheck pays for our bills, while my paycheck pays for our lifestyle and investments. We have a enough in our savings. We have chosen to keep our money in our savings (and invest in prosper.com), borrow for Fashion Emporium. Prosper.com will be a fast-track for my credit rating and success.

I am a web programmer at State of Texas. I am good at building websites, I AM BORED! I make a fair living & employed for over ten years. Life is too, too short to sit in a pink granite building for another ten years and collect half of my paycheck for the rest of my life!

The Passion:
At a young age, I loved going to the thrift stores and garage sales looking for the next unusual, great treasure. I lusted to find Armani dress pants and Cache blouse. My greatest prize so far is a Cartier purse, I paid $5.00. No, it was the Chanel suit that I found in Indianapolis, proundly paying $6.00.

At an early age, I wanted to own a high-end consignment/resell boutique. My husband would tease me about spending too much for a Valentino suit. He asked me what I would do if I were to makea lot of money. I told him that I would buy the consignment boutique!

Consignment/resell shopping is not for the normal shopper. The true woman consignment/resell shopper is more of a club member. I will create a club environment with the new age recycling, shopping adventure with lots of imported products. Our theme will be a blend of Old World/Paris and eclectic boutique providing unique, one-of-a-kind fashions. We will provide the only consignment boutique within a 15 mile radius. We will also provide imported garments. We will consign one of a kind, and re-design fasion artwork. We will focus on finding young, upcoming fashion designers. Our inventory will constantly creating return customers.

Reason for 2 late payments: May 2005, husband was a builder, buyers of one of our homes backed out at closing.  It took us four months to sell the house.  This caused havoc on business and personal expenses.  Husband found a perm job after the incident.
