Purpose of loan: The purpose of this loan is rid myself of high interest credit card debt/ debt elimination. I am sure you as a lender would like a little background as to how and why I am in the financial situation I am in. Basically, after returning from Iraq I had a hard time adjusting. I suffered from PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), so much so that I go out of the Navy because I had seen enough. On top of that I got divorced about three months after I returned home. I was wasn't working because I was so in pretty bad shape emotionally from the war and the divorce. I basically lived off my credit cards and worked odd jobs to survive. I finally got the helped I needed. I re-joined the Navy because I love helping sick and hurt people get better. I actually had better than average credit up until I about 9 months ago. I am hoping to get back on track, eliminate my debt and free myself of the credit card black hole. Right now I am only making minimum payments which is getting me nowhere. Please consider helping get back to being debt free. If I am not what you are looking for, good luck in your search to find a borrower. My financial situation: My intent is to pay off this loan well before the 3 year time period allotted. As you can see from my financial information below, I am making huge minimum payments on a monthly basis. I would gladly take the same money and apply it to a loan.
