NOTE : I want to payoff 3 Credit Cards with a total balance of $9500. During the divorce I made several late payments on these cards and in return my rate was increased to the Max Default Rate. The three cards have been CLOSED at MY REQUEST. This loan would be entirely used for the purpose of reducing my interest rate and making it possible to actually pay them off within 3 years.
