Hello and thank you for taking a look at my loan request!

I have a stable career and am respected in my field working for the State of Colorado at the Department of Education as an analyst for over 8 years. I am a graduate of Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Network Administration. However, my day-to-day responsibilities are much more related to project management and the analysis and reporting of student and teacher data.

Purpose of Loan:
I just recently purchased my own home in July 2007. Prior to doing so, I was happily credit card debt free and only paying student loans and a car loan. However, in the process of purchasing a home, I took a small loan from my credit union and used a few of my credit cards to supplement moving expenses, including purchasing necessary household items for myself and my young daughters. Although I don't believe my debt is extraordinary, I find the interest rates and fees credit companies charge frustrating.

This loan would enable me to simplify my finances and reduce my interest rate by consolidating my debts. I would also like to use some of this loan to improve my home by completing some minor landscaping in the back and fixing some concrete issues on the front driveway.

If I am fortunate to be funded through Prosper the $8,000 would be used as follows:

1. Credit Card pay off totaling $5900
Paypal MasterCard: $2,300
Capital One Visa: $1,625
Lowes: $1,350
Mervyns: $625

2. Repair front driveway @ $1200 (quoted estimate)

3. Complete minor landscaping in back yard
River Rock: $300
Flagstone: $185
Rototill Rental: $165
Miscellaneous Supplies: $200

My Financial Situation:
My daughters and I live modestly, with most of my disposable income going to early debt repayment. I went through a divorce three years ago which caused some financial disruptions to my credit. Since then, however, I have done well to rebuild my credit and maintain financial stability.

Monthly Net Income: My monthly gross is $4,750, with a net income of $3,299.55, which includes deductions for taxes, insurance, parking, and donations.

Total Monthly Expenses: $2,495
Housing: $ 1350
Insurance: $ 105
Car expenses: $ 275
Utilities: $ 150
Phone, cable, internet: $ 65
Food, entertainment: $ 200
Clothing, household expenses $ 200
Credit cards and other loans: $ 150 (low interest Credit Union Loan)

As you can see I will have $800 left over each month to repay my Prosper loan. My finances are very good & I have no problem meeting all my obligations. Improving my solid ?C? credit score even higher is extremely important to me. Repayment of my Prosper loan will be my 1st priority, so payments will be automatically withdrawn. I promise to make all my payments on time & not default on the loan.

Thank you for considering my listing, I appreciate your bid.
