Hi, I am looking to borrow $1000 - I figure a small amount, easy to repay, would be a smart first loan on Prosper. I will use it to pay off a small chargeoff, and use the perfect payment history that I will have as a result of the loan to raise my FICO score and get a mortgage. I am a business owner, with little credit since everything was paid off as a result of a divorce. I have a guaranteed salary of $45,000 and I own 10% of a restaurant that did $2.9 million for 2005, and we were only open 10.5 months! I expect to do about $3.4 this year.
