The purpose of this loan is to be debt free in3 years. I accrued this debt when receiving my degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. I promised my wife by the time we are 30 we will be debt free except for our house, so please help me so I can achieve this goal. I have tried to get personal loans from banks, but they will not lend to me because of my DTI. I want everything under one payment. House Payment: $1100 Phone/Cable/Internet/Satellite Radio: 180 Utilities: 200 Gas and Car Insurance: 400 Total: 1920/2=960 Loan: 687 Total My Share: 1647 My wife and I have 120,000 mortgage and 18,000 home equity loan.
