Eric's Credit Community

Purpose of loan:
This loan is to pay off my only two credit cards that have high interest rates of 35% and 23%.   This will help me continue take control of my personal debt and provide my family a less stressed wife and mother.


My financial situation:
I have been in healthcare information systems for 16 years.  My husband has been a registered nurse and works for the same hospital in the past 7 years.  We have stable jobs that help us meet our commitments in a timely manner.  Our mortgage payment went up $1,000 a month because our lender was not pulling out the proper amount to pay taxes and insurance.  So we have been hit with a larger payment for the next year to make up for it.

In the team effort of getting control of our finances, my husband is also selling his motorcycle and is taking on more hours at work.  I hope that some of you will give us a chance to continue with our plans to become debt free in the next 3 years.   This will help us get there.

The delinquent amount on my credit report is related to a physician medical bill that the insurance has not paid.  I already worked out an arrangement with the physician office and the insurance company to address this issue.  Please let me know if there are any questions.
