Greetings to all potential funders: I am seeking a loan (and determined to get it with help from you) to pay off debts and build my credit back up to its once excellent status to purchase a home next year. My credit took a downturn several years ago due to issues (food and environmental allergies then undiagnosed) with my young son that forced me to stay home and leave my job. While that has long-since been resolved, I have been trying to build my credit back up (such as taking tax returns and extra income to pay off outstanding debts) and will do whatever it takes to do that and repay any and all loans received to build up my credit and purchase a home at a decent interest rate. Purpose of loan: Pay all debts to purchase home and financially prosper for family, so I can help others once I am on solid footing again. My financial situation: I am an extremely hard-working mom building credit back up to its former excellent status through property management, home sales, and freelance editing/writing on real estate and other topics, including a weekly newsprint real estate column. A raise is forthcoming in my full-time job (per discussion with my boss) that should further help repay any funds loaned to me. As I am building my credit back up, I can't afford to miss a payment and won't!! Monthly net income: $ 2,040 from full-time job + $1,420 quarterly from long-term (8-year) freelance editing/writing + commission from sales or payments for one-time writing gigs (varies -- anywhere from $300 to $4,000). I currently am working some investment sales that have good commissions that would help pay any loan off faster. Monthly expenses: $1,472 Housing: $600 Insurance: $120 Car expenses: $352 Utilities: $150 Phone, cable, internet: $100 Food, entertainment: $ 125 Clothing, household expenses $50 Credit cards and other loans: $ O Other expenses: $ varies (mostly vehicle upkeep, if even needed) Consider me for your funding, as you will come out ahead while helping a mom and businesswomen succeed now and in the future.
