Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off an AMEX credit card and to up my credit score. My financial situation: I work for a fortune 500 finance company as a sales rep. I have been with this company since I graduated college Jan 2006. My 2006 annual income was 75,000. My 2007 income is on track to be around 150,000. I want to take out this loan to build my credit score. Lowering my current credit card balance and then paying off this loan will raise my credit score significantly. I plan on buying real estate in the next 12 months and a better credit score will allow me to save a lot of money when buying a house.
