Purpose of loan: Hello and Thank you for taking the time to look at my listing. My husband and I both fight fire so we manage to stay pretty busy during the summer. We take turns taking assignments so one of us can stay with our dog-Owen- in the picture. Needless to say, we need a vacation and Owen's not going on this trip. We are planning a trip to Scotland in November :) I have been lending money on prosper since December of last year so I though I would try out the borrowing side of things. I am not looking to pay for our entire vacation, just the airfare. My plan is to pay off this loan well before the 3 year loan life expires. My financial situation: As you can see we have very good credit and pay our bills on time. Thanks to our parents for instilling good money management skills. We pay our mortgage and car payment on time. When we can, we pay extra on the larger bills too. We pretty much spilt the bills and manage to save for retirement. We don't live extravagently at all but find ways to have fun. Please feel free to ask questions as this is my first try at the borrowing side. And thank you all again for taking the time to look at my listing!! Under the "other expenses" I put in $200 because I'm sure I forgot something. But that should cover it.
