THIS IS A RELIST ? I am being more realistic

This listing is a re re-list. After spending some time browsing the forums, I have read and received lots of helpful information in reference to creating listings here at prosper.com. I have taken a lot of what has been advised to heart. After careful consideration and thinking, I have decided to ask for less funding than what I initially asked for, and have decided to get control of my debt a few steps at a time. "Baby Steps".

Purpose of loan:
This loan is to pay-off an existing Cash Call loan - and a small credit card balance.

Cash Call Loan ? Original balance: $5,000 -- Outstanding balance: $2,700.00 (Interest rate ? 90%) - Never Late
My credit report reflects two prior Cash Call loans in the amounts of $2,500.00 - paid in full - never late.

My Financial situation:
I realize that I have received an 'E' rating, which probably is a red flag to lenders that I might be a potential risk, but I can promise you that that is not the case. I will admit that I do have a lot of credit card debt, but I have never been late on any of my loans or credit card payments. I have direct deposit and I pay all of my bills online which have been a complete blessing. Online bill pay in connection with direct deposit has helped me to stay on top of my finances.

+INQUIRIES+ I thought I would note that yes, there have been a significant amount of inquiries on my report in the past 6 months which has caused my Fico score to plummet. Most of them are from department stores where at the registers, the clerk asks if you want to see if the store would extend you credit for your purchase. I did that numerous times, not realizing how much that would damage my credit rating every time another inquiry was made. I was actually thinking that this would help rebuild my credit after a BK in 2002. It did in the beginning, but after too many inquiries, my FICO score dropped by 100 points. Depressing!

My Employment:
I have a full-time job as a legal secretary for a large law firm. I have been on my job for 15 years. I also have a home business. I tried to fund my business with my credit cards. Wrong idea!

Negative Marks:
(2) Medical bills from the same collection agency - Amount: $160.00 - in dispute/paid by Aetna
(1) DirecTV ? (in dispute) Not my account. - DirecTV is my provider and has always been in good standing.
17 inquiries
Bankruptcy from year 2002 (All debt associated with this 2002 BK shows no aging account or activity and reflects BK). I took the time to go through each entry. ? filed BK dues to divorce proceeding. Profiles shows public record/but are all zero balance (released/paid in full).

Accounts in Good in Standing (never late):
Cash Call: $2,600 ? Was $5,000 - never late
Capital One $500 - never late
Nordstrom: $2000.00 - never late
Juniper Bank: $500.00 - never late
Chase Bank: 800.00 - never late
Household Bank: 850.00 - never late
Payday loan: $250.00 - never late
Neiman Marcus: $95.00 - never late

Monthly net income: $ 4,900.00
Part time job: $4,000.00 (this part of my income fluctuates - depending on sales)

Monthly expenses:
Housing: $ 650 (I have a roommate)
Insurance: $ 120
Car expenses: $ 219
Utilities: $ 90
Phone, cable, internet: $ 24.99
Vonage: $19.99
Food, entertainment: $ 150
Clothing, household expenses $ 40
Credit cards and other loans: $ 500
Other expenses: $ gas, etc. $120

My Goal:
Rebuilding my credit is very important to me. My goal is to become an A or B rating. I remember how difficult it was to get a credit card after my 2002 bankruptcy (filed due to divorce proceeding). I hope that someone will take the time to read my story and give me a 2nd chance. Thank you kindly.
