Hello & thank you for taking the time to review my loan request. I have been an accounting and point-of-sale software trainer for 10 yrs.Because of my life-long love of cats & concern for their wellbeing, I have started a nonprofit corporation ?The Cattery,? a Cage-Free, No-Kill Cat Shelter providing a temporary home to cats in Corpus Christi, TX. The shelter is currently being built & is scheduled to open October 2007. (Please see www.thecatterycc.org for more info)We need funds to construct the interior of the shelter. We are estimating $15K will finish the shelter construction ?walls, doors, windows, break room, kitchen area, paint, etc. The other $10K will be for cat structures, office furniture/PCs, store fixtures, etc. Income: $50K + $5K/yr bonus, my fiance?s $40K, and $750/mo from my rental property (w/no mortgage) for a combined net income of $5950.Monthly Expenses:Housing: $1355 (w/ insurance & taxes) Insurance: $100 Car Expenses: $0 (paid off) Utilities: $150 Phone, Cable & Internet: $100 Food, Entertainment, clothing: $400 Credit Cards & both our Student Loans: $600 Other Expenses: $350 Total Expenses: $3055**My fiance?s salary + rental = $3150, covering expenses. Lenders for this loan can rest assured that their investment in this worthy venture is quite safe. Although a nonprofit, we will have several programs to financially sustain the shelter, including a boarding facility, pet taxi service, & gift shop.
