I currently own a custom software development company that has been in business for 9 years. I have gone from a small one person firm to 7 employees and a large office back down to a one person company. My lower than normal credit score was cause be the uncertinty in the economy after September 11th. Companies were not willing to spend money on our software until they new what was going to happen to the economy. Marketing the product and payroll for 7 people sucked up all my savings and I got behind on my bills. The public record on my report was a tax lien filed by the state in which I live. This has been paid and should be removed soon. I succesfully recovered from these problems and now I am ready to expand again. I am going to use the loan to go to training on some new software that I am going to make the cornerstone of my business. |
