Hello all. I am requesting $3000 to apply as the closing costs for buying my first home. I live in southeast Texas and I am trying to buy a wood frame house 2/1 with CA/H for $25,000. I have paid off my creditors, which reflected a bad credit rating. The changes to my credit report are pending. My lender required I do this in order to qualify for the loan. By clearing these negative reports, my credit report should be blemish free in the very near future. I have contacted all three reporting agencies to have these issues removed. I will to repay the loan in August 2006 when I receive a trust disbursement. I need your assistance now, as this is house I am buying is part of an estate and the heirs are most eager to have the deal settled. I have been trying to buy this house since November. It was not until I went to a reputable lender that I found I could buy the house, in my name, with a few repairs to my credit. Buying this house will not only provide me with a homestead of my own, it will also help me further repair my credit and allow me some financial freedom.
