Purpose of loan: The loan I request is for some fix up for my rental property in San Antonio, Texas. The house is worth 150k and we have only a loan of 90k on it. The outside is already done and we just need to some touch up work inside so we can sell it for a good price and quick. carpet - $3500 paint - $2000 new carbinet - $500 touch up - $500 reserve cash - $1000 total request - $7500 It will take about 2 month to fix up everything and another 3 months to get it sell, so I am looking for pay off the loan quick. My financial situation: I have enough cash in reserve but I believe I can have better return for keeping some of my cash.
