Purpose of loan:
The loan I request is for some fix up for my rental property in
San Antonio, Texas. The house is worth 150k and we have only a loan of 90k on it. The outside is already done and we just need to some touch up work inside so we can sell it for a good price and quick.
carpet -  $3500
paint -    $2000
new carbinet - $500
touch up       - $500
reserve cash - $1000
total request - $7500
It will take about 2 month to fix up everything and another 3 months to get it sell, so I am looking for pay off the loan quick.

My financial situation:
I have enough cash in reserve but I believe I can have better return for keeping some of my cash. I have also have about $17,000 lend out on prosper, which help me earn about 14% interest. So I have no program to pay the monthly payment. Your investment will be 100% safe.
I jointed the Navy in 2006 and now is E4 which bring home about $3000 a month with housing allowance and special pay (my paystub show the monthly income).
My house in
San Antonio is rented for $1200 with $886 mortgage payment.
I have paid off my credit every month. No other loan.
The only collection on my account is the unreasonable dental charge I've been fight for 4 years. I have the ability to pay it off but just don't feel right to let them charge so unreasonable.

Monthly net income: $
$3000 (from Navy)
$1200 (from rental)
total $4200Monthly

Housing: $ 1066 $500 (rent in Maine)
Insurance: $ 50
