Purpose of loan: (I am in need of a loan to buy a house for my three boys ages 14, 13, and 7 and myself. I have been divorced for one year. The boys and I are currently living in an apartment however, before the divorce we were staying in a 5 bedbroom house with my ex-husband. My ex-husband didn't even offer us the house, he made us leave. My boys didn't ask for any of this and as their mother I have to and need to put my boys in a home. Their father doesn't see them and while he still owes me a large amount of money, from the divorce settlement he will not give it to me. I am supposed to close on the house by the end of next week and this money would ensure that. I also own a clothing store which generates income as well however, due to all the paperwork I cannot put the information here. I would repay the money back via my check account every month (so there would be no needs for check writing). My financial situation: (I can afford to pay it back because of the settlement money I will be getting.and I have a good credit rating as you can see. I pay all my bills on time.
