Purpose of loan: The purpose of this loan is to help with the upfront cost of several music events that my Independent record label, Gamble Records, LLC, is producing to promote Female artists of Florida. The city of Orlando is in the process of determining how much they will be able to offer in sponsoring our event. This leaves us with the unfortunate problem of lag time which seems to be a cost of doing business whenever requesting sponsorship from any governmental body. This is where this loan comes in. We need to put money down to hold a venue, rent sound equipment, pay for advertising costs, etc. The first event, which will be housed in Downtown Orlando, will cost somewhere around $4000-$6000 to produce. My partner and I both have full time jobs; he has two. However, I feel I need to take responsibility for getting the financial support on my own. My credit is spotless and my repayment history could not be more perfect. I am pursuing my passion and dream, and ask for your support. I will pay you back; you have my word (and my credit history, for the more practical minded lenders :) My financial situation: I work for the purchasing department for a company that repairs and retro fits the lighting and entertainment systems for cruise lines, in addition to being a paid performing artist in the Central Florida area. I also receive rental income.
