First off, let me start by thanking the Prosper members who bid on my previous loan listing. I took the opportunity to incorporate many of your helpful tips and have also decreased my original loan amount to increase the chances of getting 100% funded.
- My mission is to pay off my high interest credit cards while helping the Prosper community. I used these cards to fund my college education and the cost of living while I was in school. Since graduation, I have secured stable employment as CFO to a successful real estate investor, and now I am on the fast track to becoming debt free. It is very beneficial to my business associates for me to raise my credit rating to A or above ASAP!
- I have an excellent payment history with no lates--ever! My debt to income ratio may seem high, but I am single with no dependents. My current salary combined with my low cost living expenses would allow me to make my loan payments with ease. I am the perfect candidate for someone looking to make a safe investment with a good return. Prosper is an exciting opportunity, and I would much rather put money in the people of this community's pocket rather than some of the larger financial institutions.
